Chocolate and peppermint. These two go together like peas and carrots – except way better! Treat yourself and your snow bunny this holiday season to a chocolate peppermint cocktail! This chocolatey peppermint cream cocktail serves two.

Peppermint Bark Martini Supplies:

Martini glass
Cocktail shaker
Strainer
Ice

Ingredient	Amount
Saint Brendan’s Peppermint Bark Irish Cream	3 ounces
Chocolate liqueur (we went a little crazy and used Dorda DOUBLE chocolate liqueur)	1/3 ounces
Vodka	1/3 ounces
Cold milk	11 ounces
Finely crushed candy cane	for garnish

Preparation:

Pour Saint Brendan’s Peppermint Irish Cream, chocolate liqueur and vodka into a cocktail shaker with milk and ice. Shake gently. Strain into two iced martini glasses rimmed with crushed candy cane.
