The Irish Mule

I know what I’m drinking this St. Patrick’s Day! I LOVE Moscow mules, so when I came across the Irish whiskey mule on Fox and Briar, I knew I had to share with my fellow Moscow Mule lovers! An Irish whiskey twist on the classic, this refreshing St. Patrick’s Day cocktail will help kickstart a day long celebration! This Moscow mule with whiskey serves one.

Bar supplies:

Copper mug (or glass or your choice)
Jigger
Stir spoon
Ice

Ingredient	Amount
Irish whiskey	1 jigger/shot
Ginger beer	6 ounces or to taste
Lime juice	Half a lime
Lime slices	For garnish (optional)
Mint sprig	For garnish (optional)

Preparation:

Fill a copper mug (or glass of your choice) with ice. Pour in a shot of whiskey and lime juice, top with ginger beer to taste (as much or as little as you prefer). Stir to mix, garnish with lime slices and mint sprig.
