Apple Rosemary RickeyWe can’t forget about the wonderful aromas that come with the holiday season! The rosemary and apple in this recipe add a holiday twist to this classic cocktail.

Bar supplies:

  • Highball glass
  • Muddler
  • Stir spoon
  • Ice
Cointreau2 ounces
Club soda3-4 ounces
Fresh lime juice1 ounce
Tart apple3 slices
Fresh rosemary7 leaves


Muddle apple slices and fresh rosemary in the bottom of a glass and pour in Cointreau. Add freshly-squeezed lime juice, ice and club soda and stir. Garnish with rosemary sprig and a slice of apple and enjoy!
