Blood Letter Trinidad Sour cocktail recipe

Blood Letter Trinidad Sour

Blood Letter Trinidad SourOur friends over at Wine Folly put a little twist on the traditional Trinidad Sour by reducing the amount of bitters needed and replacing it with a high-tannin red wine such as a Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah or Petite Sirah. And instead of simple syrup, they exchanged the sweetness factor with seasonally inspired maple syrup. The goal behind the Blood Letter Trinidad Sour was to create a refreshingly less sweet cocktail inspired by the classic which means more Halloween candy for you! This Trinidad Sour cocktail recipe serves 1.
