Make Santa jealous by winding down after a long day of holiday happenings with a bourbon beer cocktail! This cold weather cocktail pairs well with a fireplace and plate of warm cookies!

Bar supplies:

Rocks glass
Stir spoon
Ice

Ingredient	Amount
Chocolate Stout	1/2 cup
Bourbon	1/4 cup
Vanilla	1 teaspoon
Chocolate-flavored Syrup	1-2 tablespoons
Half-and-half or Light Cream	to drizzle

Preparation:

Pour stout, bourbon, vanilla, and syrup into a rocks glass over ice and stir. Drizzle the stout cocktail with cream.
