This hard cider spritz recipe serves four.

Dry hard cider, chilled (we used Snow Capped 6130' Dry Hard Cider)(2) 12 ounce bottles
Apple cider4 ounces
Aperol1 ounce
Lemon juice1 ounce
Quartered and thinly sliced unpeeled green and red applesfor garnish
Club sodato top off

For each cocktail, pour 6 ounces of hard cider, 1 ounce of apple cider, ½ ounce of rye whiskey, ¼ ounce of Aperol, and ¼ ounce of lemon juice into a rocks glass filled with ice. Top off with club soda. Gently stir to combine and garnish with an apple slice.

Tip from bon appétit: Instead of lemon juice, you can use fresh grapefruit or orange juice; bourbon is a great sub for rye. We hope you enjoy this hard cider bourbon cocktail!
